Passenger Service Agent

The main responsibilities for Passenger Service Agents are to:

  • Carry out the check-in of passengers and their baggage.
  • Welcome premium passengers in lounges (where applicable).
  • Handle boarding of passengers.
  • Handle customers' delayed baggage reports (where applicable).
  • Carry out sales and voluntary or involuntary rerouting transactions, and assist in handling operating irregularities in the station (where applicable).
